Teenage Drivers

Yesterday I needed to take something out to the mailbox in the evening after dinner. I figured it would be a fun trip for Sister K to drive the golf cart and get a little driving experience. She is getting older and getting close to that age after all and what better training than a simple, won't go fast, golf cart? So I proposed the idea to her and off we went.

Our mailbox isn't far, it's at the end of the driveway and a little down the road so I knew there wasn't much that could go wrong between here and there. She found a fence to hit...but all was well and there is no need to talk about that. But be glad it wasn't a car...

Figure, by the end of the week, she'll be a pro with the golf cart and maybe we'll bump her up to the Polaris. I'll let Matt do the teaching on that one. He is definitely going to be the one to teach our kids to drive.

I don't know about this...are you sure?

Okay...not so bad...hey, I'm driving!

013
It doesn't go very fast does it?
Me: Nope...that's the point

Hi horsie!

(Maybe this is why we hit the fence...kidding...that wasn't until she had to turn and we had a lack of brakeage.)
