Today we are 17 weeks. Daisy is now the weight of a turnip, the size of a palm. She's five inches long and approximately 5 ounces. She's practicing more than ever her sucking, breathing, swallowing. She can move her joints and her sweat glands are starting to develop. She's still pretty translucent but she's finally putting on some fat.
We've still got a ways to go but this is the last week of the fourth month. Amazing to believe that next week we'll be in our fifth month. Time is speeding along. We've got an appointment this week. I don't know if we'll see her this week or if we'll see her at the next appointment just after 22 weeks. I hope it's this week. We still have to get secondary confirmation that baby doesn't have a dangler! Lol.
