Yes, it's a manual. I get lazy driving auto. Plus, it was the only one on the lot. So...not a matter of choice so much as necessity.

Driving home my brand new car, someone in a white truck tried to take out the front of it. I gave them a friendly beep beep. Okay...so maybe not so friendly. I tried.

So, I've been around horses for as long as I can remember. Here are some old pictures of me at Rankin Ranch (look it up, cool ranch to go to on vacation).

And I've always like lambs. Really, I think they're awesome.


My first time behind the wheel of anything...and it was a tractor. Don't worry, it wasn't going anywhere.

Hot Air Balloons Everywhere

I love going out and seeing the hot air balloons. They once landed in our field and left us a basket with champagne and information in it for us. I was not here for that, but I did manage to FINALLY catch a balloon landing in another field on Sunday.

There were 8 balloons up that day. Don't strain your eyes...there are only four in this picture.

That would be a little scary...
I don't remember that when I did a hot air balloon ride with my mom.

It was a lot of fun! Scary at first because it's not like a plane or anything. It's run by hot air and thermals. So...reliability? Not so much. Still, beautiful views of the land around you.

They deflate very quickly.

Another Baby!

Baby #3 was born this morning. She's smaller than her other two counterparts but still very adorable.

Baby #1 is very big. She was born to Hazel's mom and is very independent.


Baby #2 we think was born to Mary's mom. Baby #2 has it hard. Mary's mom is not a very good mom. Hence, Mary's problems. For those of you who don't know Mary...


There she is. She's got crooked legs and we actually had her fixed so she couldn't give birth. She's grown a lot but she hasn't ever caught up to her brothers and sisters and she was a miracle baby. We didn't know if she would live.


And now, Baby #3. Smaller, but born to a great momma.

Rocky Loses His Toys

Well, Rocky is losing his toys. He loves to play and he plays often, however, I've noticed that the donkeys...well, the donkeys are taking over.

Sorry Rocky. Your favorite apple is no longer yours.
