My Holiday Hair...

This never happens, my hair never does anything for the holidays. This year, it's celebrating Christmas with me. It's gone all...well, you'll see.


First, locate what you want and read the directions. For the sake of your hair, read.the.directions.

There's my choice. It really is easy.


Before you pick your final color, check the sides of the box and make sure that the color you're getting will have the effect on your hair color you expect. If it's not there, it's not meant for your hair! Find another one that is!


This is what I looked like before. *Cringe*


After making my hair all dye covered.


After you shower, your hair is going to look frightening. It's not going to look anything like it will when you've dried it.


Fire engine red! That was not at all what I was looking for!


Ah, after a session with the hair dryer, the color cooled to a light copper.


Some of the blonde is still in there, kind of giving me unintentional highlights.


And gives it dimension.


If you go artsy with the photo, I become a little orange again.


The back of my head, again, the blond peeks through. I'm glad it did in the end.
